Meet your wellness advocates:

  • Lyndsey Jarvis

    CO-FOUNDER

Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Registered/Licensed Occupational Therapist, CPR/BLS certified

  • Lyndsey here! I was born and raised in Kirkland and earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Washington before spending several years traveling through Central America. Later, I earned a Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from Cal State Dominguez Hills. I've always been passionate about movement and health, and I love helping others make sustainable lifestyle changes. In my younger days I was a gymnast, and fitness has remained an important part of my life. I have three pretty great kids and a fantastic husband by my side—life’s busy, but full of love. I’m also an active member of the Bellevue Rotary Club. While I enjoy playing guitar and ballroom dancing, most of my free time these days is spent with my little ones! Some of my favorite things: Dark chocolate, Sam Cooke, and camping in the PNW.

  • Casey McElroy

    CO-FOUNDER

Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Doctor of Physical Therapy, CPR/BLS certified

  • Hey there, I'm Casey! I grew up in Redmond and after completing my undergraduate studies at Washington State University, I earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in San Diego, California. Growing up I played soccer, rode horses and snowboarded. After spending my fair share of time in the physical therapy clinic with soccer injuries, I discovered my love for the human body and its amazing rehabilitative potential. I’ve brought this passion into my work as a physical therapist in the acute care and home health settings, where I found my purpose working with the geriatric community. I’m a proud mom of two active little boys who always keep me on my toes. I cherish spending quality time with my husband and boys, whether it’s walking the dog, working in the garden or simply listening to country music while enjoying the water and sun.

Our Why:

Longevity at Home was born from a recurrent trend we noticed during our time in the home health therapy setting. Time and time again, patients were being discharged from the hospital, home health, and outpatient therapies with concerns regarding how they would maintain their progress. Generally, more support was needed to continue on with the programs that were being given. This is where we come in. We want to work with your existing or prior medical teams to ensure your continued maintenance and progress for a long time to come.
